Meat Selections: Tender slow cooked brisket, our made to order sausage and jalapeno sausage (the 2 sausages can be combined as 1 meat selection), flavorful pork loin, French cut turkey breast and succulent chicken and delicious pork spare ribs*

All meals come with our cooked daily pinto beans using our special seasonings, potato salad, cole slaw (a vinegar & sugar base), pickles, marinated onions (to die for!), Riley’s Original and Texas Sweet sauces, wheat & white bread, ice tea, ice, lemons, sugar & sweet & low.

As a reminder:

Visits thru the serving line are UNLIMITED. The serving line is open for 1 – 1 ½ hours. Due to health department regulations we can not leave any leftovers.

To add pork spare ribs, there is an additional per person cost of $3.00 to any meal.

We can prepare any type of meal. We also offer appetizers, salads or whatever you would like. Check our web site for the Rockin’ R Menus. These are just some of the items we can cater. Depending on the items, additional charges may be applied for extra staff.

Our prices include delivery and set up within a 50 mile radius. We can bring the food to you anywhere, but travel charges may occur. Just call for more details.

Our staff will set up the buffet and drink station. All you need to do is ENJOY! When finished, we will clear out everything and be on our way.

Prices do not include sales tax. Any gratuity is at your discretion.

To book an event, we must have a signed catering contract and a deposit of 25%. Payment for the balance can be paid prior to the event or on the day of the event. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Per the contract, changes can be made until 5 days prior to the event, at which time a guaranteed number will be required.

About Us

At Riley’s we pride ourselves in the very best bar-b-q you have ever tasted. Our meats are slow cooked daily on our pit. Our sides are made fresh in our kitchen from recipes we developed and have used over the years.

The client will need to provide tables and linens for our buffet. This is normally done when renting tables, chairs and linens for the function. Normally we will need 4 tables, 6’ long each. The food is then served from our silver chafers or for a more “country” or informal feel, our Cambros will be covered in a country fabric. Either way, you will not be disappointed. And best of all, our meals are an “all you care to eat” meal. We also provide a tea station stocked with ice, lemons, sugar and sweet & low.

We provide disposable plates, Styrofoam cups, plastic utensils and paper napkins. However, if you would like to “fancy up” your event, we can provide a clear plastic, fluted 10 1/4 inch plate, clear plastic cups, heavy duty clear plastic utensils and embossed dinner napkins for an additional $1.75 per person.

Along with our fabulous bar-b-q we also offer other meals. You can customize your meal or leave it to us to suggest various types of menus. We have provided everything from Italian to Mexican food over the years. With a chef on staff at Rockin’ R Steakhouse we can bring everything to you ready to serve or cook on site. Another part of our service is specialty cakes, from wedding to birthday cakes and any type of cake you can imagine. Our baker is trained in many types of work, and can design a cake for you or you can present her with a design and she will create it just for you.
