Sides include homemade potato salad, cole slaw, pinto beans (from Grandma's recipe), pickles, marinated onions, chips & bread. Try a delicious bowl of hot blackberry or peach cobbler with a scoop of delicious vanilla ice cream. Quench your thirst with sweet or unsweet iced tea, a soda or an ice cold beer. For those who must have sauce on their Bar-B-Q, Riley's has their own sauces made to our specifications. For a bit of zing try our original with just a bit of cayenne pepper. On the milder side our Texas Sweet has just the right amount of molasses for a sweet taste. We now have a selection of Dry Rubs for beef, chicken & fish plus a new Hot Wing Sauce. Our Bar-B-Q sauces can be ordered and shipped anywhere in the U.S. Just go to the order bar and place your order. We accept cashiers checks & credit cards. No cash in the mail please!
